Vvlva – Path of Virtue (Album Review)

Ladies and Gentlemen this album took me awhile to get to but boy was I foolish! I’ve never been so impressed with a beginning of a Album so much in my life. Vvlva is a German bound Fuzz Rock outfit that released “Path of Virtue” this year. Now let’s just jump right into this because I absolutely love this record.

So for starters the beginning throws you right into 1973 with a Blue Öyster Cult styled intro with “Black Sands.” And the production on this album sounds so old and vintage it fits so perfect with the music.

Track after track they throw something new at you, like with the track “Motel Floor,” is like a clutch inspired groove monster.

Then you get something real Jammin like “Dieb der Seelen” which is they took it straight from the destroyer album by kiss, and that track is sung in their native tongue so that’s pretty neat.

This albums got plenty of instruments, cool guitar tricks, and very cool raspy vocals, It’s got it all. I highly recommend this album. Go to the link down-below and go pick up some merch and go support this amazing band!

Today I’m giving this album a 9/10 here on Mammoth Tongue Reviews.
